    When coming for an appointment, please review the following:

    In accordance with the Virginia Forward Phase Three Guidelines*, clients who visit the salon for services must adhere to the following guidelines:

    ~No one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days, is permitted in the salon.**

    ~ Face Covering:

    • While in the salon, a client must keep their face covering on at all times.*
    • If a client forgets their face covering, a mask will be provided for them at an additional cost. The fee for the mask will be added to the client’s bill.
    • Any service that requires removing client face covering cannot be performed* in the salon.
    • Any client, who for whatever reason, cannot keep a face covering onwill not be able to book an appointment or have a service.*

    ~ Social Distancing:

    • When arriving for an appointment, a client should enter through the salon’s front door. Our front desk team will inform the client where to go so the client has the least amount of face-to-face contact with others. 
    • If the client needs retail products, please let the service provider know. A team member will get products for the client.
    • Stylist chairs are six feet apart. 

    ~Children:

    • May have an appointment if child can keep their face covering on* while inside the salon.

    We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. For any client who is not feeling well**  please know we are happy to reschedule your appointment for a new date and time with no cancelation fee.
