 In accordance with the Virginia Forward Phase Three Guidelines*, clients who visit the salon for services must adhere to the following guidelines:

While in the salon, a client must keep their face covering on at all times. If a client forgets their face covering, a mask will be provided for them at an additional cost.

Any service that requires removing client face covering cannot be performed* in the salon.

Any client, who for whatever reason, cannot keep a face covering on, will not be able to book an appointment or have a service.*

No one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days, is permitted in the salon. All cancellation fees are waived during this time.
