Just getting started? Our Associate Program is built to take new stylists from graduation to greatness. You’ll work side-by-side with a dedicated mentor stylist while developing the technical, guest care, and business-building skills you need to thrive behind the chair.

Grow With Us: Virginia Cosmetology Apprenticeship Program
We’re proud to be a Virginia Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor—offering aspiring cosmetologists an exciting, hands-on path to licensure outside the traditional school setting.
Our program is designed for those who learn best by doing. Over the course of 3,000 hours, you'll work side-by-side with experienced stylists in a real salon environment. You'll gain practical skills like cutting, color, and styling—plus the business and technical know-how to build a thriving career. Think of it as our version of the Associate Program, with the added benefit of earning while you learn.
With in-salon classes, one-on-one mentorship, and a supportive team behind you, this apprenticeship is more than a job—it’s your launchpad into the beauty industry.
