New Clients

First time clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

This is imperative if you are having spa treatments. As a spa client, you will need to change, fill-out a spa form, and consultant with our spa staff before your treatment can begin. Your spa room is reserved especially for you but only for a specified amount of time. New spa clients, who do not arrive 15 minutes early, may have their service time shortened.

Parking

Salon Emage Day Spa parking is in the gravel parking lot adjacent to the building, or clients may park in the municipal parking lot located at the corner of 5th and Lee Streets.

Clients may park on Lee Street, but time limits do apply and ticketing is heavily enforced. Clients may not park in the gravel parking lot directly across the street from the salon.

Appointment Considerations

When changing or canceling an appointment, please call a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in pre-payment of future appointments. Due to the quality of our staff, we rarely have walk-in appointments available. Please call ahead to book your appointment.

Spa Booking Policy:

Your spa services are very important to all members of our team at Salon Emage Day Spa. Time allocated for your spa services is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your spa reservation and for cancellations. If you have reserved a spa package or are part of a couple/group reservation, all below policies require 48 hours notice.

Our spa reservations are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget a reservation. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your credit card/gift card or alternatively billed out to you:

Notification given at least 24 hours* prior to your spa reservation will receive no charges.

Notification given less than 24 hours* prior to your spa reservation will result in a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the reserved spa services.

Failure to show up for your spa reservation will result in being charged in full for the reserved spa services.

For spa reservations made within the 24 hour period, notification of adjustment or cancellation must be given within 4 hours of your spa reservation time. Notification given less than 4 hours prior to your spa reservation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved spa services.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All spa reservations require a credit card or gift card to guarantee the reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is an adjustment/cancellation within 24 hours* of your reserved time or a no-show. Upon checkout, you may choose your method of payment.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, cash and personal checks.

Gift Certificates

May be purchased for any denomination or a specific service. Gratuity must be paid separately.
